All our industrial fans are manufactured in Europe and are designed for optimal performance, so it is vital to select the right fan to suit your situation. Contact us to discuss which is the best fan specification for your dust filtration or fume extraction solution.
All our fans are fitted with the highest efficiency, HOYER (Denmark) IE3 motors.

Material Handling fans are robust with 4mm+ steel impellors to withstand abrasion and the occasional block of wood! Usually placed before the dust filter.

Fully tested and balanced in the factory, their smooth operation is well known.

Manufacturers tested Fan Performance Curves are available for all models and motors, to confirm the correct speed it is to be run at, reducing maintenance and ensuring efficiency.

Clear Air fans are those located after the dust filter collector.

Not having to deal with a high dust or fume load, they can have lighter impellors allowing greater airflow for a givne kW of motor power, saving energy.

 Beware supplier who use these Clean Air fans as material handling! This allows them to present their solutions as cheaper. The initial small saving made can often result in higher maintenance costs later.

Fume Fans are used for our fume range of products : arms, booms and garage reels. Supplied from the same European manufacturer these  are tooled to fit directly onto the other products making installation fast and simple.

Operating Temperature

All our industrial fans operate up to 60degC (40degC for Fume fans)

For higher temperature operation, consideration must be given to  bearings, lubricants and motor cooling wings. Ask for details for special temperature availablility.

All our industrial fans above 4kW can be enclosed inside a matching range of Acoustic Boxes and fitted with Duct Silencers to overcome any noise issues.
